2 cups berry or citrus flavored vodka, chilled
2/3 cups orange liqueur
2 tbsps Kirsch
4 cups ice cubes
1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
2 cups carbonated water
ice ring made with fruit frozen inside
Combine all ingredients in punch bowl with ice ring.
